2017 fwd Advance Pricing
Hey guys! I have received several quotes from Bay Area/Sacramento dealerships on a 2017 FWD Advance RDX. The best quote so far is $38900 plus another $1000 for financing Through Acura. Plus TTL etc. What do you guys think of this price? Thanks!

Sounds good to me.

With this pricing, is there any reason to hold off till late Nov (around Thanksgiving)? Wondering, if there are historically better deals around Thanksgiving/Black Friday? I don't even know if Acura will extend the financing special after October. I can wait a couple of months to pull the trigger but don't know if its worth it. Any thoughts? Thanks again!

- MSRP PRICING:$43,160
- INVOICE PRICING:$40,958
Target Price:$41,658
You are ~$3k below invoice(12% off MSRP) if you factor in the $1k for financing which is a really good deal.I didn't get near that much off for the 2016 I bought in April and they had 2017's coming in at that time.

Could likely be bait and switch. When I was ready to buy...even cpo's were only a few grand apart from a brand new unit.
Inventories at Oakland, Concord, Fremont for the advance awd was zero back in august.
Didn't check out Roseville but Ive gotten cars from niello before.
also didnt ask about fwd advance...not sure many get spec'ed that way.
The end of month will motivate dealers as will a hard to sell unit.
______________
sounds like a good price to me.

Our local dealer here in the North Bay area (Marin Acura) has a couple 2016 FWD Advance listed at $42,020. Probably pretty typical.
Looking at used RDXs on the site, amazing how you can already save $10-14k on a low mileage 2013-14 in any trim.

I can see a reason for the prior model depreciation...the '16 rdx has many self driving and safety advancements.
whenever advancements are that dramatic and obvious I for one will want to embrace
Phones, computing, seat-belts, air bags, oversized composite tennis rackets, brakes on snow skis...changes like that makes my life a little better.

Marin Acura quoted me 40K for a 2017 fwd Advance (Costco price). My best quote is coming from Serramonte Acura. I was initially interested in one of their 2016 fwd Advance (they have 3 on their lot). Eventually, it turned out that the price difference between a 2016 fwd Advance and a 2017 fwd Adv was only $400. The 2017 qualifies for the leasing special while the 2016 does not. As of now, they have quoted 37500 for 2016 model and 37900 for 2017 model. Still $1K lower than the next closest quote (Elk Grove and Pleasanton Acura).
