2016 RDX Advance - Bumper Protection Tips?

I just picked up a black 2016 RDX w/ advance package. I keep it parallel parked on busy streets all the time (no garage) and want to protect the bumpers as much as possible without compromising the front and rear sensors. For me, cosmetic concerns take a back seat to protection. Any product recommendations?

Any peel and stick rubber bumper strips would be better than nothing and you can position them not to obstruct the sensors.

Adding clear bra film to the entire bumper is another way if you are only worried about minor scratches/scraps that don't cause dents. A lot of clear bra materials self heal scratches in sunlight, easy to buff out paint transfers from other cars, can be cut around parking sensors, +5 year to lifetime warranties, and can be replace anytime if too badly damaged. Have to find a shop that does custom clear bra and it can be expensive depending on the product used.

Thanks for the commendation -- though I'm only really concerned about dents/cracks, not cosmetics/scratches/paint transfer.

Unless you're into rubber strips or off-road metal bumpers you may just need to surround your car with cones!

I really wouldn't know what to do either... And doesn't street parking suck?

Those metal bumpers look effective but also (in my view) look pretty stupid. I'm open to rubber strips though -- can anyone recommend a specific product?
