When does the CL need to change spark plugs? and what plugs do they run on for stock?

When does the CL need to change spark plugs? and what plugs do they run on for stock?

I remember reading the plugs don't need to be changed until 100k miles. Can't answer the first.

Spark plugs are replaced every 105K.
The gap should be 0.039-0.043 in.
J32A1 engine uses the stock NGK: PZFR5F-11
J32A2 engine uses the stock NGK: PZFR6E-11
