I remember reading the plugs don't need to be changed until 100k miles. Can't answer the first.

Spark plugs are replaced every 105K.
The gap should be 0.039-0.043 in.
J32A1 engine uses the stock NGK: PZFR5F-11
J32A2 engine uses the stock NGK: PZFR6E-11
