That's exactly the sound of the Blow Off Valve that my Talon made after I modded it. This is a modified Ferrari F50 Koenig. Very interesting.

This video is very high quality and it's 41.3 MB. It is worth every byte though. This is somewhere in France by the way.

The guy in the F355 video didn't know how to shift. He also launched like crap.

The F355 should beat the NSX if driven properly

I disagree. The F355 was doing the 1/4 mile in around 13.4 seconds. That's par with the NSX.
