Safety of course! This is the outcome of a 100mph+ projectile from mother nature over the Memorial Day Weekend that left significant damage to my windshield (THINK: 'interior rain gutter'. sorry, no before pictures). New shades for my car.

Finished product:

BTW, the glass is Pilkington, OEM Honda/Acura glass.

Army seal.

A big ass rock launched from a semi truck and aided by the 45+mph sandstorm that was occuring that night.

If you don't mind me asking... how much did the replacement cost? I got all sorts of tiny marks in mine from getting blasted by stuff on the road.

When I replaced my windsheild with OEM glass it was $650. This was back in november of 02. Luckily I only had to pay $100 bucks because of my deductible.

But first hand my insurance wanted to put aftermarket glass on my car which i said hell no to considering i got the crack on my windsheild only 3 months after i got my car.

I made them get an OEM windsheild and eat the cost Shyt they've been making money off my damn premiums, time for them to pay up for a change.

My glass was $750. But I only paid my deductible. I noticed this version of glass is slightly tinted and has a sticker in the far right corner that says so. I'm not complaining.

Definitely go for OEM glass, PGP, Pilkington, etc.
