Sunnyside Acura WON Precision Team Award for 2002!

Yeah that is right! Sunnyside Acura WON the 2002 Precision Team Award.

In Addition, they got a new expanded and nice facilities

Ah... the down side...read this:

2 weeks ago, I stoped by and showed the services advisor the driver's door handle that needs to be replaced.

No Problem, part ( interior door panel) was ordered and I scheduled it to be replaced for yesterday.

I droped my CLS this morning and thought everything would be great...

This afternoon, I got a call:" Sir, we are sorry we ordered the wrong part for your car, we should have ordred just the door handle and not the whole door trim... The part will be ordered and will be here sometime next week... Do you like to have yuor car washed?".... I replied: "Ah, never mind that is Okay, get the car washed and I will pass by and pick up my CLS later tonight",

Few minutes ago. I went to pick up my CLS... and found the door handle was half torn (that is Okay it would be replaced anyways).

However, the real bad part:
1) The seat's memories are gone (still not a big deal)
2) The drivers' seat back DOES NOT recline forward/backward at all!! It is now broken

What I get in return, a half ass washed car with water streak all over (was not dried for sure) and a broken seat!

Tomorrow, I will call and ask to the driver's seat to be fixed....

Talk about: Precision Team Award!!

Rallye Acura has been a precision team dealer for the past three years...and all Acura dealers are getting updated and a new look...we are in the process right now. It sux thought cause there is always some big-ass construction vehicle blocking the cars I gotta pull out.

anyone know why the seat can't recline forward/backward anymore? does it have to do with the torn interior door handle?

I called the dealer, service manger said, swing by. He, himself, checked the seat, pulled in my CLS in the service bay. I waited few minutes in waiting room, sipping a cup of coffee.

Service manger came back with a schematic of the seat...: "Sir , the seat motor is broken. We will order you a new motor"... It would be replaced, along the door handle on 07/08/03.

Another 9 days to go!

Oh, Jeff. He looks like he's 12, for cryin' out loud. He wasn't real interested in helpin' me much with my wrecked rotors.

Mitchell was the best...dude treated me like a freakin' king when I walked in there. In fact, he still does, when he's out of the executive suite.
