So I was driving today and side airbag light came on. The srs light has been on since I bought it, but the side airbag light is new to me. I'm going to take it in hopefully this weekend to have it looked at, any idea what I might be looking at?

And the side airbag light is normal to come on if the front passenger seat has an uneven load sitting in it or a person not sitting right in the seat. When the light is on it's disabling the side airbag for safety of the passenger.


If neither of these was the case, then it's a bad sensor in the seat.
