You might notice better gas mileage, but nothing more. I went with a new KN filter for gas mileage, otherwise I didn't notice much.

Looks like you have an 03 TypeS. There are currently no performance "plug wires" on the market for the CL/TL. We have individual coil packs instead of the traditional plug wires/distributor.

ON THE 01-03 cl, there is no spark plug wires.

For an Air Filter go with a K&N...

For iridium plugs for a type-S check my sig below

Coil Pack vs Spark Plug wires

what is the difference between coil packs and spark plug wires?

As far as the air filter is concerned, I presume it is easly to put in. right? so the Iriduim plugs are also the the way to go.. any good places to get these things?

Spark plug wire change----No increase in hp or torque
Air filter change to K&N-----No increase in hp or torque
CAI-----about 10 hp increase at peak rpm
Headers----about 30 hp increase at peak rpm

As you can see, if you want budget perfromance increase, go with CAI and or headers

I went with the K&N air filter for my 03' because I didn't want to spend the time or money putting in a CAI (at least for now). I found the K&N cheapest at the following site:

http://www.ajusa.com/cgi-bin/knfilters/search_vehicles

I've order a few from them over the last year or so. They are fast and reliable ... as far as I can tell. $40.89 shipped.
