yes those are from the accord coupe, i did those last year, you have to trim some sides off,
its pretty easy diy

i used garage door sealant for the lip, im going to fix it tomorrow, it needs to flare out a little more

today i did seafoam, oil change, trans fluid change. soon is spark plugs and breather filter and intake

when should i change my trans fluid? and did you feel any difference from the seafoam?

also last night there was a bmw and a civic si racing, and i was going down the street and i just saw them and the si rear ended me :| nothing bad but i was going about 50 and she was going 65ish or higher and hit me on my butt, now there are stress marks from her licenses plate frame.. gay ehh?

i plan on doing the same lip. a old freind of mines has it on a 08 specV turbo sentra . he did he's over and used some aluminum plates to make them straight and fit perfect

Did the 3 X 3 Redline Synthetic Racing Transmission type F drain the other day, which by my calculations leaves the tranny with 70% Redline and 30% Honda oem stuff. I gotta say that it really seems to pull better and it does shift more solidly. On the 3G side there has been a long discussion about the benefits of the Redline fluid and how it will stop clutch face wear. I hope it isn't in my head but Redline does claim better torque converter lock up and better e.t.'s, let me tell you I feel it. This type F fluid has no slipperiness additives added and that is what eliminates the clutch wear they say.

Went around and made sure all suspension and coilovers were tight.
Pulled out my nitrous stuff and installed ngk heat range 5 plugs.
2 steps hotter than the nitrous plugs and their is a diffrence to how much easyier the car starts and seams to pull a little better too.

Also recieved my cams and a new set of rear camber arms today.
Great day today.
The cams actual lifts look the same compared to the type s cams but the base circle is alot smaller.
Might have to modify the rockers some how to compensate.
Need to talk to a engine builder that would really know.
