Radiator and what is this "sensor?"

Forgive the possible repost of an answered question, but I seem to have over-thought my question whilst reading up and need a definitive answer. I have an '03 CL Type-S 6s manual (the slight differences from the auto of same type throw me sometimes). My questions are:
1. What radiator part number am I looking for, the 19010PJEA51 or the 19010PGEA51?
2. Do I want either of those with the sensor port or no? The service manual I have says that the only things plugged into the radiator are 3 hoses (including resevoir), 2 fan motors and fan switch A.

The reason I am confused is because it seems like different websites have parts interchangeable and I don't know if they really are when it comes to my vehicle. This applies to other parts as well. I've had a Honda dealership give me the wrong throttle body gasket before and I am pretty sure a website has given me the wrong part #s now. Something about the combination of '03, CL, Type-S AND manual really stumps people. Thank you for any clarity you can provide.

The port shouldnt matter you can always use a radiator sensor adapter that goes to the radiators hose.. your choice

Thank you thoiboi, that is another confirmation in the direction I was leaning towards Much appreciated.

Acuramikey, that is definitely what I have, thanks for the image. To be clear, I am not trying to mod or anything. Simply wanting to replace the radiator and asking out of curiosity: Would my CL even need an adapter for a sensor? As far as I'm aware there is nothing added or changed with the original radiator.

Also, this is an example from Amazon as to why there has been confusion.
