I creeped this the other day. On a 3.2 with low boost I would imagine mid 300s at the wheels easy. Into the 400s if you up the boost. Would need tuning, modified hood and I'm not sure how you would cool it. Meth nozzles in the plenums?

Interesting, but not a fan of placement. Seems like vision would be blocked immensely.
With that setup you probably wouldn't even run a hood. Drag car only.
You should try it out RP.

I think that Prank Parts' logic was that the additional 3" of clearance wouldn't have meant the difference between cutting or not cutting the hood on any application. It would have also complicated the manufacturing process immensely. Right now they just have a flat plate to replace the plenum plate on the intake manifold. they would have needed something more dimensional in order to bolt it to the runners and still direct air through.
However, I think every Honda Odyssey on the planet should get one of these. It would bump the common soccer mom to instant MILF status.

the comptech unit only uses the ecm and rising rate FPR. it's not ideal, but it works fine. You would need at least that to make it work. Some guys use the HBP (6psi) with the comptech unit and only up the fuel a bit and remove the IMRC (stock injectors).

So the stock ecm is fine in cunjunction with something like this?
2025 FPR For Aftermarket Turbo and Supercharger. BEGI Bell Engineering / Cartech
That would be fine back and forth between stock and with the m90 since it reacts to the manifold pressure right?
"HBP?"
Reason for all these strange questions is I would like to be able to go back and forth between blower and N/A as need be since I would only be able to run this thing without a hood. Fewest things that need changing between the two set-ups the better.

Regardless whether it's an LBP, HBP, or MBP - I don't recommend you going F/I without either a piggyback or standalone.
Comtech's ESM was originally designed to operate with the LBP. Even then, there's no real way to properly add or remove fuel when and where needed. (FPR doesn't count in my book)
If you do decide to run the HBP, push to run it with an intercooler - beit watercooled or FMIC.
Meth is also a plus.
In the long run, reliability is key... do it right the first time around to avoid unnecessary expenses down the road.

Thanks for your DIY hood pin install Rajca. Came in handy and saved me time of figuring out mounting location.
Do you still use oem hood latch or did you remove it?
