PIAA 19172 bulbs

Hey guys, so I recently ordered bulbs to replace my road lamps (piaa 19224), and due to a shipping error I have two 19172 bulbs sitting here. Are there any bulbs I could replace in my car with these that would make any difference? Or anywhere a whiter light would look good? They're just sitting here so I figure I should try to find a use for them. Thanks.

Quick thread revival instead of making a new one...So what is the actual size of the bulbs? Looking for yellow ones...

In the road lamp? 168 but they are only 5 watt bulbs. Your better off getting the yellow nokia 12 watt bulb. I forgot what size you need but I have a pair at home that I havent installed yet. They were pretty pricey at 15 bucks though.

yea, I believe it was from ebay and the brand was nokya. I have to double check the packaging at home though.

One thing about the 12 watt bulbs is that it's a very tight fit. You'll have to insert the bulb in very slowly and wiggle it around. It will fit into the socket just fine though, just not through the opening as easily.

Not sure. Haven't put them on yet. I didn't like the LED ones cause they seem to look more amber in the pictures on ebay then yellow.
