Not a CL, but one in HEART 03 3.5L CL-S (56K)
I've been registered here, i guess its been erased for inactivity. Well anyways, I've had this swap for about 4 months now, a little over 2,000 miles on it. it is a 03 CL-S engine/transmission. HOWEVER, it includes 01 Odyssey Crankshaft/connecting rods. which obviously strokes it into a 3.5L. I've had the tranny swapped a few years, but about a year ago, i cracked the rear engine mount out of the engine, taking pieces of it with the screws. So with the car sitting I slowly bought parts and built up the engine. Engine was built by Jae @ 5050Movement in Lyndhurst NJ.

Nice work Mike. I remember meeting you and seeing your car at Jae's previous shop in Fort Lee back when you were doing the trans swap I believe. What's the address of Jae's new shop? I'd like to stop by and see how he's doing and get some work done as well. Been trying to hit him up for a while but I'm sure he's been really busy with the new shop and all.
Congrats on the swap!

SWEET, just don't like the shimming of the cradle might be better to trim the hood or pop it, but understandable (if you are set on the way it would be better to get a solid spacer and not just washers, also get them bigger diameter so it contacts further out and makes it more resistent to flexing

Trimming the hood plus the 09 Manifold may fit without shiming.

Great build! Enjoy it! Thanks for the post with pictures!
<sigh>, my red 02 accord is for sale because I just bought an 03 CLS to get more power and the tranny... blending the two would have been wonderful if only money wasn't an issue! :S

i dont mean to be harsh, but when you paint your car a custom color, you dont expect someone who probably lives 10 minutes from where you live to go out and paint the same exact car the same exact color. i can see if he had a different front lip, or a 4dr or something, but if you put them side by side they are same characteristics : (note i used to have 05 TL wheels)
and then everyone mistake his car for yours. when you knowing your cars bodywork and paint quality is so much better then his. i work at a bodyshop, a really high end body shop and i dont like people thinking thats the kind of work we do
