Looks great! It blends in nicely with the charcoal interior

Did you get a new replacement shift boot?

Nope. It's original with the short shifter.

did you remove the piece where the window buttons are to do it? I was going to do that part and some of the center console. I had this ugly silver trim there and it left a residue i can't get off.

Yes. I took the door panel off then removed the 3 screws on the back to take the window button thingy off.
