Anybody order these recently I emailed the seller linked and he said it does not have a bend in the rear header to clear the mount.

Read the thread below. It gives you everything you need to know for headers outside the rare CT-E headers.
Just make sure you get the header set that has the 'bend' in the rear exhaust manifold for the CLS6:
