Unhappy Need your help identifying this part on my CL, inner bumper!

So I noticed the other day that my passenger side, front bumper (under the light, where it meets the panel), was drooping a bit. I pull back the bumper a bit and see that the part in the attached image broke off. I pulled it off today and don't see a Honda/Acura part number or any indicator of what it is so I can get a new one.

Any ideas??

also seems like #5 to me but would be better if you took a picture so the WHOLE part was visable in the photo and maybe multiple angles

Your wish is my command ...

Hmm..the more I look at that pic, the more I think it is #12 since there was a bolt that attached the frame through this piece and into the end of the bumper, as bolt #28 shows..

THANKS GUYS!!

part #12, 71193-S3M-A00, 6 dollars, list price, from the dealer
might be easier to pick up from your local dealer instead of paying shipping
also looks like you like you need part #28 , a screw, 90109-SS0-000, $2.85 and part #25, a plastic insert grommet, 90107-S0X-A01, $0.85

better yet, call them first to see if they have it in stock, they might have to order it if its not.

If you have the screw and the grommet is still intact, all you need is the bracket.

but i know some dealers won't speceal order things unless you prepay but you can always do your credit card over the phone or something
also looking at the first picture of the car it looks like the screw and grommet are missing

He could have the screw and grommet in his possession. and you cant really see the grommet until you look under.
