Can they tell what lock it is just by looking at it?
i asked then and they said i need an id card that came with the locks but the locks were on my car and the dlr ship i bought from changed owners

Any tire shop can get these off VERY easy. Yes, you can get another key with the reg card....but since hardly ANYBODY has theirs....what does that leave you with? They can take em off and sell you new ones! But yes, they should be able to tell just by looking at the lock which key it is....but they are not likely to. I know if I were a MFG of these locks I would REQUIRE that this reg card be present or the only thing I would do is sell you a new set? Liability issue here. (at least that is what they would tell you)

A big pair of vise grips will get it off. There should be just enough of the lug sticking out past the rim to get a grip. They also make wheel lock extractors. They are sized a little smaller then the wheel lock & you bang them on. Then attach an adapter for your lug wrench & twist them off.

Buy one of those cans of fix-a-flat. Go to you nearest gas station with a tire shop. They can get the lock off for you. Similar thing happened to me, just that I had a flat, but couldn't find the wheel lock.
