Need help on adding power

Alright, so I have a 2001 CL and I need help and suggestions on what I should do/get for adding power. I have a goal of 350 to the wheels, yes I can imagine it might be stupid to do anything to this car knowing that it's just the premium edition. Anything can help cheap or expensive I just need a good place to start since I really don't know much about this engine. Thank you for the help.

A 19 year old asking about making 350hp to the wheels?

Son, you don't have enough money to do that unless your dad is Dr. Dre.

You're looking at least at turbocharging the car, tuning, and possibly even building up the motor. That means close to $5-9K.

Intake, headers, j pipe, exhaust, intake manifold, throttle body. That's about all the power adders you have available without spending a fortune.

Beyond that, you're getting into standalone engine management for forced induction or naturally aspirated engine work, and realistically a manual swap.

You're going to need at least $5000 for a custom turbo setup to hit those power levels. And then you'll need another $3000 because your transmission is going to crap itself (read up about those automatic transmissions if you haven't and start saving for a new one already because it's very likely to die even without doing any modifications to the car).
