Is my IACV crapping out? Weird Idle problems

Lately my car has been having weird idle issues. It will idle at 1500 sometimes and bounce, and others it will idle at normal speed but drop up and down and almost die. It seems to only do it thought when its hot outside and ive been running the AC. I cant get Acura to do anything about it under my warranty because its never does it when i take it to them and it has to do it in front of them to verify and get warranty authorization. Im about to just say screw it and try and new iacv but thought i would see other peoples opinions first. Any help greatly appreciated.

Sounds like it. Have you tried taking the TB off & cleaning the entire thing out? I would do that before replacement.

I haven't seen it throw a code. Did anyone touch the idle screw? It's not adjustable, but it can be messed with & after you do will screw up your idle.
I have also seen bad ground cables cause this. Check those.

Did the problem start after the P2R parts?

If they did you may have a gasket leak.

I Used brand new gaskets torqued down properly on the plenums and i torqued the P2R gaskets properly to honda specs as well. The problem is off and on. It will be fine for awile than all of a sudden do it than magically go away again for awile. Acura told me if it was a vacuum leak it would almost certainly do it all the time and not just once in awile.
