should be free.

If it's only an oil change or other small service they dont necessarily provide one though...they usually give you one for longer services...Its really up to their discretion.

and being that your 23 is iffy for me. they may or may not use that as an excuse. my dealer told me you had to be 21 or 25, i forgot. but its the dealer's choice in the end.

Why would you even get a loaner? It's a used car.
They may give the option of a rental you will have to pay for.

In any case it's a dealer thing & will vary from 1 to another. Ask them not us.

It's a used car? And your point is?

Dealers will provide loaners for dealer service (as long as it falls under their rules for providing one) done to any vehicle, whether it was bought there new, used, or even if its not even one of the models they carry.

I haven't heard of a dealer using an excuse such as "Oh your car is used, sorry we do not provide loaners for used cars."

having a used car doesn't matter. loaner cars are a courtesy from Acura to provide better customer service.

they'll always give u a loaner, but I dont know about the age.
when i took mine in for SRS light, the service adviser straight up gave me an 08 TL with no questions asked about the age. Only needed a copy of my insurance. I was 22.

I guess that's your guys experiences. Not mine.

The dealers here will offer a rental, no loaner. And you will be paying for it not them. The dealers policies I have seen not just with Acura are no loaners if the car is out of warranty no matter what service is being done, & in most cases no loaners at all unless you bought the car there.

But as I said this varies greatly with dealers.

Thanks guys, I was just wondering. cause I always see people get loaner car while I wait in the lobby. The avenge oil change for my dealer is 45 mins (this is with appointment), I can't imagine how long it will take to do it without appointment.
My dealer is very nice, carwash and vacuum are always compliment with regular oil change. How's yours?

I had my 99CL worked on after I bought it at the dealership here in Indiana. I had them do all the scheduled server from 30k-150k since I bought it used and wanted to make sure everything was kicking good CV boots, timing belt/water pump etc etc etc and they gave me a loaner free of charge while they had my car for a day or two. This was about a year and a half ago. It's probably different depender on where you are but the one here will give you a loaner if you request it (if they have one avail). Last time I was in they were all loaned out.
