Light in Glovebox

I emptied my glove box last night and closed the glove box and the light was still on.
I took off the side supports and lowered the glove box all the way down and there does not seem to be a switch that turns this light off when it closes. Going to dealership to have this fixed. Anyone know what it may be?

maybe it's always on like the light in our arm-rest console thing.

1st the light IS always on. There is NO switch. On some of the cars you can see the light peak through the crack. I had the same problem. Take it to your dealer. He fixed mine in about 5 mins. No big deal. I think it's a clip that came off.

there is a switch, the problem is it also controls the headlights.

the light is only on when the headlights are on. same with the armrest console light (little green one).

I think the lights for the vanity mirrors are the same way too.

yeah, the vanity mirrors go off when you close the doors on them, but they don't go on unless the headlights are on.
