Currently running 2002 Cl Type S ECU an 5 speed automatic transmission with CompTech Headers an exhaust Also AEM Intake.
im lookin for advice, recommendations, ideas ect on performance upgrades such as what intake manifold an throttle body is best for my J32A2

The basic bolt on mods are usually intake, headers, exhaust and pulleys. Since you already have headers and an intake, I would recommend an exhaust or lightweight stock sized pulleys. You can do a J37 intake manifold swap and/or a Blox throttle body for some extra hp as well. And no, you can't use the EMS 2 with an auto transmission.

Man.. auto trans? I'd just save up and not do engine mods because that AT will inevitably die again.
Get a 6 speed MT if you want to start doing Engine mods

I believe a J35A3 is a drop in replacement for a J32A2; no wiring harnesses or ECU required. Note; I haven't down such a swap, but if you run some searches here I think that's what you'll discover.

Hondadata supports the automatic 02 Cl Type S ECU now??
https://www.oemacuraparts.com/v-2001...er-pump-sensor
As you can see when compared to the 02 MDX J35A3 they are different (#8) & (#11):

People have also switched out the J32A2 EGR valve and, IIRC'ly, the J32A2 MAP sensor because the connector on the MDX wire harness is different; otherwise, it's pretty much plug and play with gobs more torque.

Since you have an automatic transmission, I believe the only thing you would have to use off your J32A2 would be the water passage (#8) and the connecting pipe (#11) on the link below:

I wouldn't bother swapping an engine yet. Might as well get all the bolt-ons first, and then consider an engine swap if you want more power. Like others have suggested though, the auto trans isn't going to last forever.
