To keep or to sell

Hi recently traded fora 03 red cl type s that I’ve had about a month and have yet to make a decision on. It’s a red type s 6speed with only 67k original miles. I’m unsure if I want to do a few mods and daily it or sell it. What do you guys think I could realistically ask for the car it’s in very good condition outside and the inside is 8/10 I’d say there’s a few small rips in the drivers seat but it’s still pretty clean. Thx

I'd daily it.

Keep that! a great, long lasting V6 AND manual transmission? no brainer.

Agreed, absolute no brainer; keep that whip and give'er the spurs.

was the car in the midwest region ?? I had seen a san marino red cls 6 with real low miles up for sale for a killerous price a couple of months ago...

think they look great in red... keep it and drive it for a bit..

I would keep it. That is a solid engine and transmission.

uhhh 3-5k in cash?

it's an old car. well, old in today's standards.
so pretty much it's a cash car.

Supply and Demand...it's ONLY worth what someone is willing to pay for it.. if not in demand, you will get pennies.
and this car isnt in demand.

If it's an Illinois car, have a good look at the subframe. I'm in Rockford. I bought a wrecked CL-S for a donor and was kinda shocked by the rust. It was everywhere once I started digging into it.

WI here no rust on the body but good lawd the subframe was hanging on by threads especially the rear subframe near the firewall..

pretty easy to replace with the drive train out of there...

If I were you I'd sell it fast..... to me..... I have cash. :wish: Their great cars. A lot of fun to drive and typically last a long time with a minor amount of repair. I daily a 2002 TL coming up on 300k and still runs and drives great. I drive it like I stole it every day and no major issues. If you do decide to sell, hit me up.
