Instrument Cluster Lighting

I know there's been posts about this in the past, but for those of you who have removed the gauge cluster I was wondering how easy it was to replace the bulbs? Was driving home this evening and noticed that I don't have any lighting from 0-3k rpm and 0-40mph on the gauges... really weird how it's on the left of each of the gauges.... The rest of it is lit normal.

Yes, the instrument cluster lighting is the standard 194/168 wedge bulb screwed into the back of the circuit board. Its been awhile since I had mine apart, but I do remember removing the entire center console and radio center stack to get to the instrument cluster. It was a bunch of work to replace something so simple.
