Harmonic pulley socket-lisle 77080 honda/acura

I purchased the lisle socket 77080 19mm in hopes it would unloosen the harmonic pulley bolt!! Lmk your opinion on it!!??

Never had luck with a propane torch, but have done lots with oxy acetylene. Replace the bolt though. Send the Lisle back, and just use a normal hardened 19mm socket. Finished watching the video, and his last advice is the best, get that other thing that holds the crank pulley.
