The last Black Navi disc for the 2nd gen CL is $99 from Acura and is titled 2013 Black DVD Map Update V2.A0.

But I read there was a 2012 version, 2.AO for $50. Where to buy?

I wouldn't bother. All the updated maps add is roads in the middle of nowhere in states you'll never visit (the navi site use to list which cities were updated each year and most were smaller cities outside of major metro areas). They don't update the software so it's still a GPS from 2000.

Also, the DVD updates started using a different company around ~2007 or so, and people have reported having problems with their software. Even worse, I updated mine and the lady's voice changed from a young woman to an old smoker grandma.
