Rolling the fenders could make paint/clear coat cracks

Cutting could make paint blister right off the body.

And if you have no experiance at cutting don't even bother.
A skip or a jump of the grinder and you could cause un wanted cuts.

Rolling the fenders is the best choice IMO.

Rolling is the best way to do it. They make equipment to do it pretty easily. Hooks to the hub and rolls nice and uniformly. Some recommend heating the paint in the area a bit to allow it to roll better. I haven't heard of many issues with the paint or clear cracking when rolling although with Honda's shit paint I could see it being possible.

Thanks for the pix. My grinder would eat that towel up. Maybe I should find a guard for it =D.

Totally unnecessary to take the wheel off. There was never a threat of the grinder even coming close to the wheel/tire/towel. The towel was there to collect the debris not protect the tire.

Well it would make more sense as there would have been more room to work.

I would rather roll the fenders personally to keep the pinchweld inplace and keep that area stronger
