ClS with intake, the official stunner

So at my school we have this large rectangle where all the cars park. There is one road across right next to the parking lot to enter and exit. Every day this kid at my school pulls out his blue rsx type s with carbon fiber hood, intake, headers, and huge exhaust pulls out and floors it across the strip. Everyone in the school is like man, that kids car is the shit, thats awesome.....

Although it sounds like

So then about 10 seconds later my engine is ready to go all warm, and I pull out. I floor it down the strip, im bone stock with intake.

Almost all the school goes to soccer, softball, or baseball durign this time of the year and its all located same place, same parking lot.

I walk out of my car and all these kids, some I dont even know start running up to me. "Damn man that was hot, what car is that, shit is that fast man, its tight". Then they all went on telling me how much better my car sounded and how amazing it was, while they were now telling the kid with the rsx type S that his produced a "ricer" sound.... which I dont know why they didnt see before.

It made me feel pretty good, and now a bunch of ricers at my school and some others want a piece. I just ripped a mt 04 tsx from 0-80.

I love the Cl-S. The eloquence with a sporty look, combined with good enough luxury for me, and one hell of a sleeper.

Thats awesome man. Get CT exhaust and headers and let them watch you REALLY take off. BTW, I assume you have an AEM? the sound of the AEM in vtec is a real headturner. I think it sounds great.

Nice way to show up your younger cousin the RSX.

Now why couldn't the Icebox make that same sound and keep its gains.

because then it wouldn't be a Comptech product CT is all about keeping things low key with big gains. Thats why the icebox has a resonator. I miss the AEM VTEC sound, but I don't miss the ridiculously loud HISS at cold startup and all the other various hissing noises the AEM made.

Yeah...I've had a few people chase me down to ask me what was under the hood...of course after they heard the CAI. Can't wait to get headers.
BTW..I have a TSX for a loaner right now and I can see how you blew the doors off that thing. Very slow compared to a CLS.

lol, I live pretty close a couple of high schools myself, and kids always want a piece of FnF on me. But the funny part is that I don't usually give them the time or day, I just drive like normal without hi-reving the car. Then they think they're hot sh*t because they can keep up with me, while I wasn't even trying.

Then one day, they run into one of you guys, and you just completely destroy them. That's the funny part.

I find the kids outside of NYC funny. If it was my school I went to in NYC. No one would have cared, except the guys looking to steal, or vandelize it.

It's that annoying buzzing sound that you hear whenever a car with a fartcan exhaust is around

If I had to deal w/ the buzzing and resonance in the cockpit all the time, I swear I'd shoot myself
