Can I run 18X8 With 34ET?

Hi,

I'm new here and I just bought a 01 CL Type S. I did search but didn't find what I'm looking for. I'm looking at these https://jncwheels.com/products/jnc00...r-machined-lip
I know with the lower et it will be close to the fender but I don't really want to deal with rolling the fenders. I looked at a bunch of wheels but really like to run those. Thanks

I have the same spec rims. I have rolled rear fenders, shaved tabs and rub on big dips. I'm running 235/40 tires though.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking to run 225-45's on mine. Can you post some pictures? Thanks

Thanks for the picture. Your car looks great. I think I'm going to look into having the stock wheels re-done and lower it with Eibach springs and struts and shocks.

Thanks! Consider some spacers with the stock rims.

What size do you recommend? Being these cars have studs and they can't be extended without a lot of work.

Something more like a 45 offset looks great. Consider 3rd Gen TL rims. They look great on a CL. 17x8 +45

I ended up having the stock wheels re-done. I also added Eibach suspension, DC Sport cold intake system, clear bra the hood and mirrors, tinted the headlights and tail lights. I plan to get the windows tinted and get the alignment done.
