Another wheels thread
First of all i have done hours of research and i cant seem to find answers im looking for so i will ask the community. I want to get new wheels enkei rpf1 17×8 +40mm is that offset going to give it the flush fender look? Also plan on in the future installing coiloves. Now my other question is what tire should i run? Current tires are a 215/50 on the stock wheels I want the tire to be wider but not rub when i lower it. Can someone help me out
Thanks |
I ran 18x8 +35 rpf1. I ran a full size 235/40 tire. Rolled fenders and would rub only on big dips. If i had coilovers with dampening i would have been fine. Mine were pretty flush. There's a few pics in my thread in the photography section.

thanks for the response. I checked out your thread, I decided to go with a 17x8.5 40mm rpf1 now just need to figure out a good tire size for them im thinking 240/45
Look into 245 / 45 instead but check the clearance, if not 235 / 45? |

That's kind of an odd size...

Yea, the tire.
You'll have more options with the 245 vs the 240 |
