Post Acura TL and CL Service Manual

Over the years, I've gotten several PMs about a link to a PDF service manual. I've uploaded both TL and CL service manuals, and will try to keep them live for AcuraZine members. I've put the link in a YouTube video, so please don't share the link outside the forum.

I also have the Electrical Troubleshooting manuals for both cars, but only in hard copy. So if you need a circuit diagram or connector pinout, just let me know and I'll snap a pic. Hopefully this will help out members who need help.

Spam filled links you get paid when people click? What kinda crap is that?

Here is a free link to download it without the stupid wait or need to get this guy paid by clicking.

I use adfly so that I can change the internal link when it goes down. That way, the adfly link should always be good. I don't make money from it btw.

Use bit.ly It allows you to update the links just the same but doesn't require them to see spammy ads and have the person that created the link make money from cookie stuffing their machine. Why not just post the links here as I've done? Why make people go to YouTube, then to adfly, then to the download site?

Never heard of that, but that would have been better. I use AdBlocker so I never notice ads. Either way, I think the Mediafire link is better as long as it lasts.

You've never heard of the #1 link shortening service on the entire internet? Bitly is used across all of Twitter and countless other services.

The Mediafire link has been around 2013. Links have been in this thread since 2010: Service Manual - AcuraZine - Acura Enthusiast Community

Do you need something specific? I have the factory manual and can post pics if it helps on a project you're currently working on. If not, Ebay is your friend.

The link eventually stops at MediaFire and requires a password to unlock the file. Where do I find the password?

Someone posted the mediafire link on Facebook, so I need to change the link again. Doesn't help that adfly is cancerous.

Thanks for this resource!

The link for the Acura CL manual is asking for a password?

Are you able to provide a new link??

Hi if it is still available I could really use the electrical manual. I have a pretty bad wiring issue in my dash. If you still can snap pics of the schematics for the 03 CLS 6 speed. I have an 01 CLS auto as well. So if you babe that one too it would be greatly appreciated. I know the harness is different but if I had those my life may be a little less chaotic.
. Thanks, Aaron

It's the same manual. They're basically the same vehicle, with 2 additional doors and a couple other differences. The manual mentions the differences when referring to repairs that are different between the two.

While I agree on the similarities, there is a specific CL SM, which I have a copy of in pdf. Owners of the manual transmission esp would want this, because the MT is unique. idk about the original links, but I could try to share it with those who truly need it.

on a side note Alldatadiy is a great resource. It has interactive wiring schematics that let you trace signals from point to point with the click of a button. I have it for 03 CL atm.

Share it, please. There's never been a CL specific manual shared in these forums nor one available at Acura dealers and shops. The TL one does include everything for the MT.

Is that 99-03 TL manual, on the link you provide, a Helms manual or aftermarket?
The reason I ask is I find it strange that the original 99-03 Helms for the 2G TL would have a section on the CL-S6 manual transmission released mid-year 2002?

my bad for using a free host site. but its a 300+ mb file and im not paying to host it. free host sites have ads. its so easy to install an ad blocker in chrome and it takes you straight to the dl.

Anyways, I'm done contributing to this spoon feeding.

Thanks for this - we bought our CL in 2006 and I've been hoping to find a manual ever since.
