Did you try disconnecting one coil at a time to see if it doesn't change, as far as I remember if one coil goes bad it'll throw the codes for all six.

Try disconnecting the battery for a little while and reconnecting it, that may help if it's something to do with the computer and learning. You'll need the radio and Nav codes if you do that though.
