So, I finally dropped the rear bumper cover and here's what I found.

I suspect there's more of these situations than we might think as I found this by pure accident, no symptoms what so ever....

Look for "staggering" away from lights, like it's in a too high a gear. This means the trans is in limp mode. Also, slipping will happen...

Fronts are typically around ~$70 and the backs ~$45. They may have different grades and quoted you grade 3. The Wagners I use are rated as grade 2.
