one of his switchback bulbs is shorted out, so it's blowing the running lights fuse, and only way to get them is pulling the headlight outs , which also means the bumper has to come off also

as said we could always put in normal bulbs, so you can at least drive it



btw he has a beater car people, so he's not really carless, so it can kinda just sit if necessary
