Those shirt designs are pretty sick. Like 'em 
Gonna have to work with that design and maybe come up with a few others. I've got some ideas. Black, grey, red shirts better than white IMO. Scott, let me know when you wanna get together to talk about the apparel.

Agreed, my plan is to snap a bunch of pics (maybe at one of these Sunday meets) with some cars and girls with the cars and use those for the T-Shirts. We should try and get a good mix of different kinds of cars cause everyone has different tastes.

So I am doing an early bird registration for 5280Fest which means a person can register their car for only $10.00 until May 1st.
So if anyone is low on cash now would be the time to register.
--Chris you should do some shirts designs with a simple logo, one with "staff" on the back (for those helping out the day of the event), and the one with the chick. Then I think we will appeal to more people

Good call Scott, I will get those done later today. After we approve some designs all we will need to do is scale the graphics to be the right size and print em off.

The place is yet to be determined and the shoot is dependent on the weather, don't want to waste peoples time if the photos are gonna turn out bad due to poor lighting....
Also, here is what the final pre-flyer looks like:
2000 are coming to my house and we will distribute these up until about May when the final full flyer is printed with all the sponsor logos.

2. Give you each two raffle tickets; and
3. Give one 5280fest shirt with "STAFF" on the back
4. You will have verbal recognition at the show as well.
This is the best I can do for you and this offer is only for those listed here and because it is going to cost a lot of money to put this event together and I can't afford to extend "freebies" to others.
I will most likely still give some type of AcuraZine discount or something similar for the other mile high region members.
