Still watching, but the show's been pretty rudderless.

I'm enjoying Agent Carter much more - and it's been doing a good job at getting me excited for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Agent Carter has been EXCELLENT. I think part of its success is the shorter format. They are really concentrating on characters and hitting the plot points.

Easily one of the best new shows this season.

Cameron Monaghan did a pretty good job playing young Joker.

They didn't flat out say it was him...but, Jerome sure reminded us of someone.

Thought today's episode was pretty good.

He gave a good rendition of Joker's laugh.

I thought he was great, but I couldn't help but think of Jack Nicholson doing the Joker

Hellfire club eh? Are we going to see Sebastian Shaw and the White Queen soon?

To my knowledge there was never a hellfire club in DC and that is upsetting. One can only hope they thought they made it up and didn't jack it from the MCU.

Nicholson's maniacal mannerisms and facial expressions mixed with Ledger's wacko persona.

He did a decent amalgam of the 2...but I still feel its a cheap shot for a ratings grab. They also are introducing "the red hood" next week.

It was an improved episode...but while hot as hell...Doc Thompson is "off" and I know its by design, but they are making her annoying.

Barbara as usual a waste. Fish Mooney...finished with her...Penguin, the set up isn't paying off soon enough.

Agreed that Jerome (who may or may not be the Joker) pulled off a nice combination of Nicholson and Ledger. But I guess I just need to stop watching the previews for the next week, because they freakin' showed his "Joker moment" last week! The transformation would have been much more effective if we didn't know it was coming. Up until that point, the episode could have just been a very early Robin origin story.

I just saw the one where the drug cop gets nailed but its lame that they're already pushing Joker in the show.

Well, in the comics, isn't Thompkins supposed to be a supporting character for Batman? She was almost like a surrogate parent for Bruce. So, not quite sure what you mean that she's supposed to be "off" by design.

Something with her character is off...not quite right in the head. She has a semblance of being batshit crazy, pun notwithstanding.

Completely agree.
She showed it when she mentioned her mom says she gets obsessed or something then suddenly backtracks and says screw what she says.
Even Gordon for a moment had an odd look on his face.

I won't lie I did enjoy Barbra walking in on Ivy and cat. Made me lol

She showed it since the first time they introduced her. They have just been giving more hints towards it.

And yumcha...no insider info here. They shoot that shit in Canada.

K, I must not be paying attention...Again, not noticing anything off about Thompkins at all. I find her smile awkward but, that's just moi.

Do you remember when she mentioned her mother saying she had an issue with getting overly excited about stuff then suddenly silences herself and says screw what my mom thinks right?! That's a red flag of sorts. hahaha

I took it as her just being enthusiastic about it and getting caught up in the thrill of a murder case. Again, I'll have to watch for it in the coming episodes...her "offness" completely went over my head apparently.

Where have you been? They've been slowly introducing the villains since the beginning. Penguin, Dent, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Riddler, Zsasz, Scarecrow, Joker

You're right they have. I just thought Joker was coming later. He's season finale/premier worthy IMO and someone mentioned he comes around when Bruce is much older.

Its staying the course of mediocrity.

Fish Mooney...over it. They are drawing it out to fill episodes and its just stale. The eye thing. Who gives a shit, it was exploitation to get people gabbing. Worthless.

Barbara Gordon...lose her already, she sucks.

Penguin...again...drawing him out to fill the season. Wasting him...or they used up their material and he's just one note now.

The Red Hood...another Joker tease meant to try and boost ratings. This is a procedural show trying to pump itself full of easter eggs for fanboys, but they asinine.

The ONLY interesting thing was Alfred's old buddy being paid by Wayne Ent to steal info and try and get Bruce out of the picture. That was GOOD...and I bet they squander that little nugget.

The only thing getting tired about Gotham are your reviews stating the same thing over and over.

There is a big difference. You're being a negative Nancy is far more annoying that someone enjoying the show.

And I'm far from fanboy. The show is alright. Nothing great. But I don't find the need to repeat the same poor review after every episode. It is what it is.

Don't you have better things to do?

I'm sure it'll be canceled soon. When it does I won't fret.

If you don't like my negative reviews then piss off and don't read them.

And yeah...you're a fanboy. You're going to try and call out my reviews of this show after all the little times you've gone hyper nerd critical over stupid asinine little details of other content in other threads in relation to its comic book source material.

If thats not a fanboy...not sure what is.

You're an idiot.
I liked the comics I read while in elementary school and some of Jr high.
These shows are nostalgic but I am in no way a fanboy of the shows.

Marvel comics yes. DC comics... Not so much. These shows? Hell no. But I do know when they stray from the original story line and I enjoy conversation on it and that in no way compares to your tireless rants Sarlacc. Sorry.

If I am an idiot than what does make you? Because you can't even comprehend the statement I was making to even form a cohesive reply to it.

So are you King Dumbfuck of the Universe?
