I thought an RS7 would be practical until I buy 5,000 acres for my new track. Then comes the Huracan and all the other goodies

I think this will be the largest Powerball jackpot! Good luck every one! It only takes one ticket to win!

At first I was thinking McLaren but I got kids so a P85D to drive me to my dream house closing. Then I'll add on after that.

You know what....because I've only driven a 95 accord and a 06 TL...I don't want to go overboard and kill myself driving a 600+hp supercar.

LIkely gradually increase my abilities...first to learn on a proper RWD manual sportscar....so for me probably a pristine S2000.

I'll likely totally restore my TL to pristine/mint factory condition and keep it as DD.

Later probably get a NA2 NSX and all the other cars that one can only dream of!

That would be crazy! I assume it'll hit $800+ million at this rate. People are probably having to wait in line to buy their tickets. Here in Portland, there really isn't a big line. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes to buy my ticket.

Oh definitely.

I'm predicting over 900 million...easy. This is shattering any previous jackpot records and it will bring a shit load of people to get in on it.

I think it has a real possibility of reaching the 1 billion mark by saturday night.

Hopefully it's a guy who wins, so I can be like my mom never told you about me daddy.

Realistically I'd do the same exact thing step by step. Having only owned a 00' TL and 07 TL-S I wouldn't be ready for that, but this is the interweb not real life so straight to the RS7 and Huracan it is

I dont think I've ever waited more than 30 secs for a ticket. In a 1 mile radius between supermarkets, gas stations, convenience stores I could buy them at 10 different locations

I think it just depends on where you are located. I saw a post on Facebook showing a huge line of people or maybe some like the vibe coming from that one store?

Haha in that case some easy dream cars:

Alpha 12 GT-R (streetable monster that will blow away 99.9% of cars on street)

Order a Koenigsegg Agera RS

CTS-V Wagon (the AMG/RS6 looks nice but loving the look of the Vagon the most)

Tesla Model S P85D with Ludicrous mode

And then bunch of other interesting older cars: GMC Typhoon, rotaries, etc.

yeah that's the best actually...I would NOT want the attention/publicity of the sole winner of this record jackpot. Probably very very stressful

Certain stores get a " word out" as being the place that has given out the most winning numbers, and people stick with the attempt of "luck".

Powerball ticket sold in Burbank matches five out of six numbers, wins $424K

There was no $334-million jackpot winner in the Powerball drawing on Saturday, but a ticket that matched all but one number to win more than $424,000 was sold at the 7-Eleven store on West Olive Avenue in Burbank.

The ticket matched the numbers 42, 15, 6, 5 and 29, missing only the Powerball number 10. As of Tuesday afternoon, the winnings had not yet been claimed, a California Lottery official said.

In October, a winning ticket worth $380,774 was sold at the same 7-Eleven store to Pat Tucker, who had intended to buy a Mega Millions ticket but got a $2 Powerball winner instead.
I know where I'll be buying my Sat tickets

Yes they can. However, you would have to pay taxes twice- once in the US and again in Canada.

While the jackpot is massive, doesn't the US gov take half of it anyway? In canada, whatever the jackpot is, you get the entire jackpot.

I tried making a list of cars for each class. Results were around 20 cars off the top of my head that are all different from each other

That list could easily be doubled or tripled if I listed every car I want

Fuck that. All of those cars are for regular Joes.

I'd buy the Millennium Falcon and get it entirely gold plated, inside and out

In the US (at least in MA) you have to buy with cash, not sure how Canada works

a pristine BMW 2000CS
My neighbors property.
Basement Gun range
A old volvo dealership that has been closed for a few years near downtown. It would be my new garage.
Tools to go in it, paintbooth, and some guy to put my mess away.

If I win... if I play, which I have not remembered to do in my life. Actually I would probably just become really stressed out and leave it in bank while slowly becoming a paranoid recluse. That would probably be fun too.

Had this discussion last night and its always the same answers. What you gonna do with all the money if you win? Usual stuff, buy a house, few cars, pay debts, college funds for kids, etc.

My question is, the day you pickup that check and you're driving home, or taking the subway home, or a cab home, or whatever, what is the FIRST thing or first few things you need to do? I was thinking about it. I would be scared shit. Having this check for all this money, what do I do? DO I go to my bank and deposit it? Do I call a lawyer? A financial advisor? Who do you trust?
