Mystery Meat.. I'm super concerned for your ass.
Why are you roadblocking so many opportunities that are available to you.

To succeed, you must chase the dream.
You don't even have a legal residence right now.
Why are you anchoring yourself?

Do you even have a bank account?
Open one if you don't.

I'm really concerned how lightly you're discussing jobs that involve manual labor.
Have you lifted a bag of concrete before? Many of these jobs are back breaking.

You're young and maybe it's okay work for you
But if you don't have a strong work ethic, and a strong back.. it'll kick your ass.

Thank you for expressing concern...

The concrete job is one that the temp agency found me, but I'm glad I didn't take it...

I need to earn some money before renting an apartment, so I'm stuck within motels... And I can't do anything about that, so it seems...

Got a bank account a couple of weeks ago...

I CAN lift and do excessive manual labor, but only here and there, I have clubbed feet, has surgery when very young, and I blew out ny left knee whike standing awkwardly on it three years ago, so I need to be careful...

Sounds pretty okay:

Job postings for the new Amazon delivery jobs advertise hourly wages of $16.25 to $17.25. This could put some pressure on Amazon's DSPs to raise theirs to at least $15.
But this seems like an overly strict requirement:

Amazon also appears to be trying to create a more reasonable working environment for its own drivers.

At a training last week for new hires of the delivery program, an Amazon manager addressed Business Insider's reporting on Amazon-affiliated drivers who said they had urinated in bottles and skipped breaks on their delivery routes, according to an attendee, who asked to remain anonymous for fear of retribution.

"They said they didn't want people peeing in bottles," this person said.
But what they don't know won't hurt them. I bet you can pee in as many bottles as you want.

It is nice to see some solid advice in here but I too worry about your future because you don't seem to really be taking advantage of the opportunities you have come across in this thread or real life. Then again, that is easy for me to say from the outside and I know these things are tough but you seem like you're going to run out of money soon.

Also, everyone has said it but you have got to shave, badly. I'm not trying to be a jerk but you have to clean up and I highly suggest going to a decent hair place and telling them you need to get cleaned up for a job interview. I know money is tight and you don't want to do it but I think a buzz cut would really help you out because it is a cheap, easy option. I'm sure you can find someone with a set of clippers you can borrow for a free cut and best of all, you can do it in a few minutes. Yes, it would be a huge change but you need a huge change right now it seems.

Also, Pink Puppy, you never disappoint

My plan is to go back to the way I used to have it from 2002 to 2013.... It was perfect....

OK... Had a message from the lady at Firestone again saying to call her today and she'll set up an appointment time for me with one of the managers tomorrow...

Depends where.

If he gets a job somewhere with aerosol paints or adhesives, he'll last a week before they figure out who's been huffing all the propellants.

If he gets a job somewhere dealing with cars, they'll escort him off the premises by the end of the first day after he polishes the hoods with brake cleaner.

Now my brother is overseeing operations at his second company and has 3 girls wich he taked JR dragracing on tge weekends...

I've done both before... Never used a tire mount machine, but done the rest...

So far, did these jobs... ⤵

Oil changes
Brake pads
Radiators
Spark plugs
Intakes
Valve cover gasket
Serpentine belts

Headlights
HID ballest
Clutch
Tons of trim pieces and bulbs
And A LOT of detail

Working at quick lube car shops?

MM is likely already 95% more qualified than any of those buffoons that's currently employed at those kinds of places.

Quick lube places are fine entry level jobs, all you need is honesty and hard work, the job does not require massive cognitive power. So if you show up on time, do what you suppose to and work hard you're probably already on the way to employee of the month/year.

The secret handshake to let them know you're cool is a called an old fashioned
Look it up (not the drink). You'll definitely get the job if you show them you're in the club.

So, about the other day.....

I never had that interview because the lady who scedules the interviews made a mistake and gave me an interview for a higher position that I'm not eligible for... I did NOT disqualify myself this time...

However, I had two signs of interest...

Lady at Enrerprise rental called me yesterday, and left a message saying I'll get an email with her contact info, which I never got... That job is part-time and is in Hattiesburg anyway... But I'm moving on to Gulfport, so I'd be driving 75 miles north to work here...

A random number called me with a gulf-coast area code, but I couldn't answer because I was driving... And I disregard as a telemarketer because it was after hours, and I'm constantly getting those anyway...

I Googled the number and it was Camper World in Biloxi... No message, e-mail or text like they usually leave with the, sorry I messed you, give me a call back sort of thing...

Good job... Full-time... Expirience needed is detailing and housekeeping... So I'm basically the perfect candidate...

Called the temp agency and they said there is an opening Monday... So, that'll be a great thing to fall back on, need be it... Thanks guys for telling be about that!!!!

Ok... I can't start a job this upcoming week... I'm moving to Gulfport in a week...

Once there, I'll resume my job search, in person!!!

Then the magic should happen!!!

Ok, so I've applied for more online... I'm unsure if what to do...

I got a message from one place I applied to requesting an interview... It's not really something I want but it's not bad work... I did have to reply requesting a reschedule, literally just saw the message a little while ago... Well see...

Also, I was asked to fill out a more detailed application for a different place and an interview may be requested...

I just saw on the news every day this week a local trucking company is having a job fair for driver training...
