Funny thing I was viewing this thread at home and my wife saw the green/yellow Rolex on the screen and she asked about it - I told her what it was, and about how much they cost. She didn't blink - just said, "you like those don't you". I said "who wouldn't, but so expensive". She says, "who knows, maybe when the kids are gone" (which will be soon). I was like:

I could definitely rock that Rolex. I love the Submariner as well, which is why I enjoy my Invicta Submariner knock-off so much!

+1, that's the best Rolex overview I've ever seen online. Far better than Rolex's website.
The pics are pure watch porn.

Tried on the TAG Heuer Monaco Caliber 11 Gulf Livery today...man, it's breath-taking in-person. That color scheme is just gorgeous. Don't have $7000CAD tough.

Yeah, saw that the other day. It's sorta neat in a marketing gimmick for the Japanese market given how both brands hold a special place in the country...but, for the rest of the planet, ehhh...and that price...geebus. I love GS probably as much as the watch snob but the asking price is a bit ...

I think I'd rather have a Rolex and a boat.

But yeah I'm pretty much a lotto win short of being in that kind of watch market.

That GS GT-R special edition is tits.. I love that dial.. the whole face.
If I had $$ for a new 50th anniversary GT-R, I'd definitely get that GS to go with it

But it's a boat full of money.

But yes if I had GT-R money that would be an awesome addition.

I like this one better-it's all about ease of ability to read the watch without my glasses on. White against black works.

I think if TAG can do a non-"skeletonized" face...it may be a seller. I dunno, I do like the tourbillon but the need to have one has faded. That and I don't have have $15K to drop into a watch.

Love that GS GT-R. Not really a fan of it being a car related watch but the case design, face, and colors I just love.

Getting rid of it already? Didn't you just get it not long ago? Moving on to something else? Definitely on my short list when I finally move a watch to top of my purchase list at somepoint.
