Good thing I stayed up real late! I just found this fucker hanging out right above my bed waiting to pounce! I tried to kill him but couldn't get a good shot cause of the blinds. Then the mofo scurried away from me and hid behind my big screen TV! Now I can't find him but he's still in my room. I'm gonna try and go to sleep now, if I don't post in 24hrs call the cops!

p.s. I don't they're poisonous but still can you imagine waking up and that big mofo staring you in the face!

p.p.s. IDK why those pics are so yellow, my wall's not THAT dirty!

That's a Brown Recluse Spider!! you can tell by its violin shaped body. Very venomous.. in fact I'd rather get bit by 10 black widows than that fucker.. their bites often cause local necrosis.

Some bites can be real mild.. but if you're Jefford, it'll probably bite him somewhere below the bacon region and be much like the one above.

Awww WTF!!!!!!!! It's official I'm moving!!!! In the past year I've found two brown widows and one black widow and now a brown recluse at this house!!

Apparently when I was real little I got bit by a brown recluse in the back of my leg and I had to go to the hospital cause it was all nasty looking. I don't have any scars and I think I was too young to remember it.

This is some bullshit!

Spiders don't really bother me it's just that I've found three of the most poisonous spiders in the country chilling at my house hiding in places where they sneak up on you. If they weren't crazy deadly then I wouldn't care.

Unlike tarantulas, which run away, the Sydney Funnel Web (SFW?) will chase you down. If you're visiting there, check your shoes before putting them on.

If one of these was in Stogie's garage, he could've shit his pants and we'd be admiring his courage.

Not deadly to a healthy adult.. unless you're Jefford.

It's not a Brown Recluse. They don't live in AZ, besides, they're small -- about the size of a quarter. It might be a Arizona Brown Spider (and yes, they are venomous) but looks too large for that too. It could also be a Giant Crab Spider or even a Fishing Spider. It's really hard to tell from the picture though. You should have gotten a close-up.

Very true, they're aggressive as hell and only live in and around Sydney. I've gone to Australia many, many times and have been in Sydney at least a half-dozen times. I've never seen one, but the thing to remember about Australia is that nearly everything -- from snails to snakes -- is venomous.

I don't live in Arizona. yeah I thought about it some more. I thought brown recluses were small this thing was not.

I believe they're called banana spiders and not venomous that I know of. still the thought of waking up and the first thing I see is this spider staring at me.....fuck that I don't need to start my day like that!
