The problem with for Yum...is that everyone sees the Macross as Robotech.....Knex would still be called Legos....Lego is the preferred brand name for brick connector toys....

I just bought another destroyer today from Ontario Mills Lego outlet store.

Talking to the clerk found out they are discontinued. Whatever is at any of the Lego Stores, or online at legoshop.com is all there is. so if you want to get one, get it now before they are gone.

try to get it from a lego store if you can and get a loyalty card.

I just ordred a new $185 boba fett statue by Gentle Giants....and another $80 fett animated statue by the same designer for some time this year....hopefully I can afford them when they come in (staggered of the year of course.)

Is that the really expensive japanese 12" doll/figure that totall suits up with all the articulation....no

that shit is expensive yo.

I can justify the statues because they are artwork, and will gain in value...and are VERY pleasant to look at on display, the craftsmenship from Gentle Giants is amazing. I have some of their mini-busts....including Fett.

I think so. I don't particularly collect SW stuff...

Here's a nifty site for you down the road for Boba Fett stuff: http://www.slave1.jp/collection/

Just don't mind the slightly cheezy midi running...

So last night I finally finished putting together the Enzo Kit. I had to wait a couple weeks because one of the pieces in my kit wasn't made correctly. An entire chucnk of one of the bricks was deformed.

So after getting it yesterday and spending another 1 1/2 hrs I finished it up.

It looks decent. But I don't take back what I said in a previous post in this thread about it.

The front headlights look like hideous and the rear looks like crap. The seats could be a little better too. It woulda been nice if it had a suspension system too.

Oh well, not a bad model to display though.

I give it a 7.5/10

I'm not defending this guy, but shyt like this, can sell for a very very high amount.

I mean look at the 8ft star wars destroyer. It sold for approx $34,600!!!

Granted it all went to charity. But imagine making custom sculputures and selling them to the public!!!
