I just did the calculation, I hope I did this right....

if he were to build a Death Star in proportion to this Cruiser,

The Death Star would be

800 ft in diameter!!!!!!

Read the auction description. Lego Inc had this thing designed and built for Star Wars Promo stuff and it went on tour (so he wasn't just the uber geek). Lego will pay for all shipping costs ($2000 by their math) and 100% of the money goes to habitat for humanity hurrican relief. Good cause, sort of a charity function for rich people if you will with a one of a kind door prize.

Thumbs up *** Official LEGO thread ***

I'm still a kid at heart and love collecting Lego's. I randomly come across cool lego stuff all the time. So I thought I'd start this thread to show those random cool looking Lego models.

Past lego threads:
https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=327466
https://acurazine.com/forums/ramblings-12/lego-just-arent-what-they-used-nxtrobotics-328463/
https://acurazine.com/forums/ramblings-12/cool-lego-pc-332186/

And to start it off, I'll show something that Yumchah just PM'd me with. this is friggin' awesome!!!!

Lego Aircraft Carrier

There are more pics at the link above, but here are some teasers...

^^^ imagine how much that thing would sell for, the 8ft long star wars destroyer sold for $31,602

Maybe but if you moved it, wouldn't it fall apart from all the weight?

Don't worry, just make sure you close the blinds and doors. No one will see. And put a "Please Knock" sign on the door too.
