The good news is that the email has the claim number-- I received a follow-up email (but not the original!) asking for more info last week; the deadline was May 1 to submit the evidence of ownership.

Besides the most current 12 months of utility bills, I keep copies of bills showing changes in providers or services, so I was able to find a couple of phone bills from 2000 and 2015 showing the house land line number. :

You might be right. Hearing keeps getting pushed back.

December 19, 2018 Update

The Court held a status hearing on December 19, 2018. During that hearing the Court indicated that it anticipated issuing a ruling regarding the settlement by January 31, 2019.

January 2019 Update

On January 29, 2019, the Court reset the status hearing previously scheduled for January 31, 2019, to February 26, 2019. The parties expect to have ruling regarding the settlement on or before that date.

February 2019 Update

On February 25, 2019, the Court reset the status hearing previously scheduled for February 26, 2019, to March 28, 2019 at 9:30am. The parties hope to have ruling regarding the settlement on or before that date.

Waiting for March 2019 update where status hearing will be reset to April, then April update will say hearing will be reset to May, etc.

This does not seem like a good "get rich quick" scheme..

First I need to get the settlement payout.
Then I have to go buy lottery tickets and wait for the drawing. . .
