YR RSX vs. Stock 335i, HX40 E36 + SRT4
What's up guys....got some pulls in the other night after I got re-tuned this past Monday. I hopped on Xenocron's mainline and put down 209whp, which was down about 4-5whp since my tune in June, however we were able to tune and make 219whp by the end of the session which is equal to 250whp on a dynojet. Changes from last time are better fuel/weather, v-stack, clutch/flywheel and fixed exhaust. I am curious about trying a true 3" exhaust and better header to see if it will make any more power on the setup but don't really want to spend the money. Anyways, onto the pulls, a buddy I met on Bimmerforums came out to Canada with his recently boosted E36 4 door. We had run before when he was naturally aspirated, the car now has an 11:1 motor on E85 w/ an HX40 turbo @ 12-14psi, estimated 450whp. I ran the SRT4 which supposedly had 300hp, don't know the kid but did 2 pulls and met up with him after and he said they were clean. The 335 was stock and wanted to do a pull, not sure what happened if he slept on the beeps or whatever but all runs were set up before hand so everyone knew they were racing. Enough text, here's the vids....
