Nice driving. Odd when you switched drivers in the second vid, the passenger went into the stock car, not the modded car, when it was in the modded car before. That's a huge shift in weight....I promise your driving isn't making up 3 cars lol....you were pulling from the start as if you had more power. Good vid though.

These races have been proven over and over.
And if you must know, the other driver is a well known and respected GTO owner who also started a GTO Facebook page (now with over 2000 members). Countless people before you have questioned me and countless people before you have been proven wrong. Many many people have come out to look at my car, look at the bolts, exhaust, intake, rear, hook up hpt to check the tune and scan for a cam, check the trunk, etc etc. people who like me, people who hate me, and people who couldn't care less.
When they left, they all agree on one thing.. I told the truth.

This thread, however....this thread is too far gone. There is no helping it now. Too many kids spouting off about 12.5 second cars they think are "fast", amateur driving, and by some miracle that I am as-of-yet unable to understand, the entire remaining collective of all 6 of the GTO remakes that sold across the entire country are on video here.

I used to do the same thing as you 10 years ago - on the street and strip I was better than a lot of the chumps and I've beaten/hung with a lot of cars that probably should have beaten me.
Then I got onto a real track with corners and hills and realized just how much I actually didn't know.
Then, THEN something even crazier happened - I got involved in things that really matter in life and stopped worrying about editing videos for the internet that highlight posts on forums and edit a bunch of staged races with my buddies just to try and prove a point about a mid-12 second car that is nothing even remotely special and was laughed out of the market for being an insult to muscle cars everywhere.
You should do the same.

Alleging that a stock 6.0 GTO puts bus lengths on any form of C63 is like...

Same day same dyno. GTO with just an intake (which basically adds nothing) 358whp, C63 370whp. A difference of 12whp and a difference of 350lbs.
Then add a quick tune to the GTO (again, doesn't help a ton) and it makes 371whp. More than the heavier C63.
Your assertion that ah GTO would need "major work to hang" is ridiculous.
The GTO is faster, plain and simple. A well driven 6spd on 17" wheels > C63.

The biggest issue with the GTO was that they came with anemic tires. That attributes to why people think they're a mid 13 second car. Mid 13's with idiots spinning tire to the 330' mark. Give it any sort of traction and it's a mid 12 all day. Run from a roll and you get these scenarios right here.
