I also have a friend with a manual TSX....its a total dog IMO in bone stock form. So go ahead and race him....you will win against him unless you really mess up driving...which is kinda hard to do on an automatic.

Most smart people know cars are anything but a sound investment. My sister is a doctor and drove the same Accord for 14 years and is on her 8th year on a Ford Escape. She's smart with her money and doesn't give a fuck what she drives. This kid evidently thinks it's smart to dump thousands of dollars into a car which he'll never see a return on.
And to say one cannot afford an RL? Most people know the RL is not worth 15k more than the TL for a few extra gadgets and AWD. It's not even any roomier inside, nor as fast; not to mention 99% of the people polled will choose the TL as the better looking car.
Keep showing me how dumb you truly are.....

How ignorant to say that someone who, at 41, is a loser for driving a TL. What should one be driving at 41 to impress others? At 51? 61? Maybe a Bentley at 71? This dude obviously has a complex and equates social status with cars too much. And he's likely the type who'd eat ramen noodles exclusively to be able to pay for a car out of his true budget.
