its pretty simple.
Look at the front brakes.
a BBK upfront indicates the more powerful 350.

You still haven't got it. Not everyone on the street knows the differences in the brake calipers and rotor size between the two models. Average Joe on the street sees one, can't tell it's IS350 brake or the 250. Just because you think you can see it doesn't mean everyone else will.... cuteKid.

Haaaaaa justnspace put himself on invisible mode... don't be so shy.

The Gen2 would not make up the difference the lightweight wheels & mods did. That was before my new intake manifold/TB. No stock MS3 will beat me. After I get tuned I will run the same MS3 who just recently got tuned as well. I promise it will be a good race. Regardless, that's not with this thread is about.

I think it's easy to tell the difference. Besides the badging, I've seen like 1 IS350 EVER. So all the ones I see are 250s.

I beat the driver? the one i raced was an auto how can somebody not know how to race with an auto.Yes i'm well aware of that i've tried racing one and couldn't keep up at all. That's pretty much what you were implying because you thought the OP was racing one...i'm sure my vehicle performs about the same as the OP's LOLOL no all my races end at 100mph i'm WELL AWARE of my 4th gear.

Most care. The vast majority would have no clue and can't tell the difference between the two models until they look at the badge on back.

Besides, some IS250 owners mod their cars with larger brakes too. Going by brakes is pretty stupid idea... CuteKid!

The guy in the 250 may had extra luggage in back or in trunk. Maybe his car wasn't running at full performance. Maybe he let off the gas early. There are a lot of factors / variables.

LOLOL no all my races end at 100mph i'm WELL AWARE of my 4th gear.
Why end at 100 mph when you still have power till 110? Automatic TL is not a good source for highway pulls. lolz

^this is a car enthusiast site.
no one is talking about "common folk" BUTT YOU.
stop it.
Stahp it.
Stahp it nao.

I'm sure everyone that knows about cars or is an enthusiast would love to know the difference between the two.
common folk dont really care about the 250 and 350, so why should they care about the difference between the brakes.

P.s. when they upgrade to a flashy BBK you will know its aftermarket.
the 350 comes with a stale looking BBK.

you're a noob!! lolol

There have been plenty of incidents where the stock gen2 MS3 hang with or beat the bolt-on mod (SRI & TP) 1st gen MS3 from roll. The Final Drive ratios and the revised ECU for the engine makes the difference. Not to mention, improved cooling for the TMIC. Gen1 is inferior in the cooling. They get a lot of heatsoak. Look I'm teaching you more as I speak....

That's what you *think*. You'll need to find a guy who knows how to shift and knows his car all well. Most often on the street it's the driver beating the other, not the car... Honda VTEC's are easy to deal with. But the turbo cars with short gears are more difficult. You really have to know your car and study the dyno charts. Seriously, I would expect your modded Accord will be about equal to the completely bone stock (and no weight reduction) 2nd gen MS3 from high speed roll..... say from 60-xxx.

Regardless, that's not with this thread is about.
You went OT first.... don't you remember what you typed? lolz.

What if the guy in the 250 has brake mod? It's stupid to go by brakes... that's what rice boys like to use for comparison. Unless I stare at it closely while the car is stopped I might be able to tell if it's 250 or 350.... at farther distance while the vehicle is moving I can't. The rule of thumb is to go by the badge.

lolz

Finding out the difference in brake specs between the two models is one thing, but looking at the brakes from a distance while the car moving is another... I can't tell the difference!

IS350 doesn't have a stale looking BBK. It's just good'ol factory looking brakes and rotors just like any other cars. I own the IS350 you noob!! lolzlolz

P.s. you are on invisible mode. Don't be shy, cutekid.

Man, I like guys and girls it's all good....

Again, you can't just go by looking at the brake kit unless you take a measuring tool... A lot of IS250's (and some IS350's) have 17" wheels on them. The smaller rotors in the 250 won't look small because of the smaller wheel. This is called an illusion. Man, I know about carz I told ya this before MANGGG.

For some one claiming that he has an is350, he sure does not know about the differences.

^350 brakes.
its a 4 pot caliper.

while the 250 uses a 2 pot caliper.
BIG difference in looks.

IS250

is350

what have we learned today?

that mazdaspeedfakegod is a noob and gay.
