Dude, C6 Vette dyno at 360WHP/360WTQ SAE and some slightly more. And you saying you beat it? These cars run high-12 sec. ALL-DAY-LONG stock and bunch run [email protected] with Z51 suspension and just an exhaust. And from the roll forget it, it will punish you bad. You need at least 9psi and weight reduction to keep up. Unless he SUCK in driving or wasn't racing, I don't believe you, sorry.

OK buddy,
Sorry but with a pro driver they only go 12.7 at 110mph out the box. On a good weather condition.
My car runs 13.12 at 107 hitting the rev limiter.
Do me a favor find someone with a stock c6 Automotic in NJ and line him up with me so I CAN SMOKE HIS ASS. Then you will believe me. Till then you are valid to your opinion. But I know what I beat.

I dont know how they can dyno at 360 whp when they are rated 405 at the flywheel before SAE. 25% drivetrain lose. Dont forget we are talking about an AUTO that I beat.

I'm sure with your numbers it was a driver/traction race..either way I love the fact that four door cars can stick it to these sports cars. I'd like to see how you stack up to a Charger SRT8..I read some of them stock are running about your times. Good kills fo sho.

Here is a race against my boys EVO 8.
He got me on R/T but I ran a better time. He still crossed the line first though by a half a length. Only cause he had a better R/T.
Here is the slip and video of our second race. The first slip is the second race, and the second slip is our first race. I only have the second on video.
Last slip is my best time.

So, you still believe you beat the car, not the driver?
The properly driven AUTO (yes auto) C6 will spank you even with with your bottle.
And simply DESTROY you without it.

As far as dyno yes C6 manual dyno at 360 and if you say you ran auto, they typically show between 330-345whp.
Regardless, they have WAY MORE TORQUE than you along with excellent gearing and finally weight advantage.
And see what they can do with just simple bolt-ons?

Here is the C6 AUTO (stock) and with headers DYNO.

to settle the argument, Im sure it had alot to due with the weather. Paul is spraying and that will cool the cylinder very well. If it was 90 degrees then the vette may have been very heat soaked. My father has a C6 and when I drive it in the heat, its definately not as fast as the times listed above. that car does not perform very well in the heat IMO. I think you have valid points but the times that are listed above for the C6 are most likely the best times recorded out of about 50 passes down the track. also those times you pull out of Road and track or where ever you get those professional times are ran under mostly perfect conditions. Temperature, humidity, and im sure the track is prepped to perfection!
The C6 is in a totally different class of cars and even if Paul was with in a 1/2 a second of a 400 Hp sports car than that is pretty impressive from a luxury import!

The C6 is TOTALLY OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE! I stand corrected C6 auto IS FASTER, has WAY MORE TORQUE and WEIGH LESS to pull both from ROLL or STAND STILL. Try to line up at the track with the one experienced and see what happend or visit corvetteforum.com and look for a friendly race whereever you are.

Nope, I don't believe MAG TIMES. The times presented above are officially recorded by different members at corvetteforum.com. That's right, each time presented by different member and were verified. And of course track condition, temps, skills made the difference.

Like my original statement that goes with the threads name. We can argue all day about this all day. But figure my car is putting out good numbers. First compressing N20 gives more, especially trq. So if I was at 250 ft lbs on a hot day,and with a 50 shot will put me over 300 that is trq. I dynoed at 294 whp add 50+ to that and that is where I am at whp. That is really not that far off from what you say.
Also let me give the facts about the race, I pulled a 2.15 60' and the corvette pulled a 2.25 60'. So traction was his problem, I think. But to trap at 106mph in a C6 is bad.

I always look at like the footbal phrase, " On any Given Sunday". on somedays cars run stronger than others and on some they run like Shi_t . On this particular day, Againstallodds was able to take a C6 vette. I dont understand why everyone has to fight with people when they say they took a particular car. a while ago I posted my race about an M3 and people argued on how there was not way i could beat an M3. under a normal circumstance and equal drivers, your right but I do know that night, i beat and M3. just let the guy feel good about his kil. why do you have to harass him and tell him there is no way!

I just beat a '03 Cobra conv. and a Neon SRT-4. Last week I kicked the crap out of a Hemi Durago... That poor kid did not know what was he had comming to him... poor hemmi owners... and I had my traction control on just to help him out. All with a '03 TL-S stock and with old tires

yeah sorry man, good kill but he definitely wasn't trying. my cousin's 04 mach1 (which is slower than the cobra) would eat my tl-s for dinner and crap out shiny rivets. i can only imagine how bad the cobra would destroy it.

I would like to race a stock 03 - 04 Cobra. He will get me out the hole, but I think I will get him mid range and top end Ill be dusted.
Maybe not, 12.9 at 111 mph. Ill get smoked if he can drive.

I agree. I just want to see what I can do with good weather and humidity. Im just waiting on CleanCL review on the tranny from Dr. Evil. then I will send mine to him if all is well. I think I will be able to get into the 12's with good weather and as long as my tires stick. WITH SPRAY that is. Next tuesday we are going to Atco, I think Ryan is running his camaro too, so I will see that night. It is supposed to drop to 70 at night. We will see.

A Camaro Z28 slightly modified will blow any TL without a supercharger. SRT/4 can be real quick. SL550 will smoke your TL anyday and BMW 745i will beat you by a few car length.

To be honest. A C6 corvette stock has 400hp, and they're super light. A friend of mine has a 6MT C6 dyno'd at 338rwhp when it was stock. At 352rwhp and say a guy who ran Paul was Auto Tran. You have to keep in mind although they have more TQ and much lighter. You have to realize Paul's car has some tweaks in there. I say the match was close and not UNBELIEVABLE story.

Since the subject has come up, I cannot remember the last time I saw a stock Terminator. All the ones I have come across are modded enough to evaporate the rear tires @ WOT.

woo hoo on the way home tonight I took on a BMW540 I kicked his but several times he would not give up....ughh there goes half my gas.

The new c6 can see as low as 12.2 and as fast as 116.

You beat a driver. 300 whp is not close to enough, neither is 350 whp.

^ Yep. THat's what I said, that C6 he claims he beat is the WORST driver EVER.

I see how you havent found any C6 vettes in NJ to race me. I am going to Atco on Tuesday and I am going to find a C6 hopefully and try to get in on tape.
Till then, if you dont believe me, fine, but there are some witnesses, that shows more than your opinion and beliefs.
Oh anyone else on here knows of a C6 STOCK in NJ, line him up!!!!!!!!!!

It doesnt matter if you get it on tape or not. Unless you're trapping in the 115 area and running mid 12's, you are only beating the driver on the street.

You make less whp, you weigh more, you have worse gearing, and you're fwd.

It's called physics.

That doenst mean you shouldnt enjoy it if it happens, but you need to realize that it's not because your car is faster than a c6, it's because the other driver blows ass.
