If you're willing to meet half way, I'd run a 12 V6 accord with my Altima.

Sounds like a good challenge! depending on where you run, you may have a 2003 Accord V6 added to the mix!

An SMG M3? Manual M's run anywhere from 13.3 to 13.6 in the quarter mile.

he was having trouble staying in gear; or the auto tranny was hunting.

we did several 60mph hour pulls. I put two cars on him instantly.
but i think this is because I ALWAYS have the jump, as I'm in the power band.

I told him; next time, you lead and I'll catch up.
so, if he's flooring it or in the right powerband he can instantly go.

i'm also pretty much bolted and he's stock.

Those are e46 times, not e36. Most stock e36's run mid 14's.

nope, auto bud. I haven't ran with all the mods, but I'd guess low-mid 14's or so.
Are you stock?

I did have a chance to race a E36 M3 auto stock and took it out by quite a bit, however a 5Spd Manual is a different story. I think you'll have the edge on all of us.

"The Valley" specifically refers to the San Fernando Valley. Did he mean that, not sure, but "The Valley" is SFV.

Too bad it's not this valley. I have an old outdated pushrod V6 that needs to be fed once in a while.

Matt you need to come over the hill.

Would love to, but its gonna be fairly late in the evening and we are just gonna hang a left and head out to Paso Robles and then head up the coast. Perhaps on a Chico trip when I hit the 99. I always gas up at the Bakersfield Costco.
