hello all ... will 225 tires vs. the stock size of 205 (on the 2000 16" rims) damper any speed anywhere in the powerband during the 1/4th mile ? i am totally fine with purchasing 205 or 215 tires but would like to know i have the larger patch of traction, & in actuality the 225/55/16's i'm looking at are actually only +.05" diameter & +.03" width vs. the 205/60/16's currently on the car. kinda feel like im answering my own question as those differences seem extremely minor, but then again what do i know as honestly i am a total newb only been to track once lol so ... any input? ... & no im not gonna do drag radials or super max performance summer tires just some high performance summers as traction is not an issue on my 2000 tl-p with only a CAI

if traction isnt that big of an issue then I'll say thinner tires will be better for the high end
